I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arcurve (Calgary, AB) in Jan 2021
Interview
I applied through my university career board in early January and was contacted for an interview. Part of the application process involved attempting a technical challenge they included on their career board posting.
The first part of the interview was a group session with the rest of the candidates and some of the upper management. We were given a short presentation on the company and how it operates, and given the opportunity to ask questions.
The second part of the interview was individual with a project manager and technical lead pair. The interview was mainly behavioural with an interest in past experience working on projects, leadership experience, and personality evaluation.
As far as I can tell, they care more about hiring good, driven people rather than the most experienced or technically advanced.
