Once having an application reviewed if they think you are a good fit you will recieve an email confirmation with a Teams call typically to be held by the operations manager or one of the regional managers covering the centre they are looking to put you at.

Question 1
I was asked a few questions along the lines of how do I react on my feet to unforseen problems and how do I adapt to any issues or bumps while still prioritising the experience of the children.
