Submitted my resume and cover letter via email and received an offer for an in-person interview at the office in Plano. When I came in I had a 20 minute long interview with the Managing Director and a 10 minute interview/discussion with some of the newer associates. Questions were straightforward, such as why I was interested in the position and how my strengths and weaknesses were in regards to finance and teamwork.
