Interview
1st round - aptitude(logical + quant), english (grammar + reading comprehension)
2nd round - pen paper based
5 reading comprehension question + 3 quant puzzle(clocks , time & speed , age problem)
final round - interview with ceo(basic introduction ,your qualities and reason to work at argusoft)
one pen paper based quant puzzle which ceo will speak and you have to actively listen(a birds and trees question where you had to make linear equations)

The whole interview was focused mainly on problem solving skills. There were three rounds mainly and all of them were aptitude. No coding or technical round was conducted. Conductors were quite friendly and calm in nature.
