I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AriensCo (Brillion, WI) in Jan 2020
Interview
A waste of time. I applied online on a Friday, received an email on Monday and had a phone screening on Tuesday. At the end of the interview I was told an onsite interview would be scheduled for the next week. Two days later I got a "no thank you" email.
I was apprehensive about applying to Ariens as they wasted my time a couple of years ago when they ask me to interview for three different positions with no intention of hiring me. It seems they have no respect for their candidates.

Question 1
Because it was a phone screening questions were directed toward my education and background
I went to Brillion for the interview. It was about 4 hours total in length and I met with different groups for the interview process. Overall technical questions were not specifically asked, but more about experience/interests
The phone screen was quick and easy. The recruiter was cordial and pleasant to talk to. These discussions are always a little tough in that, unless they are forthcoming, it's tough to gauge the recruiter's specific level of knowledge on the position.
