I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial screening. I followed scheduling instructions, prepared, and showed up video-ready to our scheduled time just to be completely ghosted! I followed up with the recruiter, who never even responded. Extremely unprofessional. Based on other reviews, this is clearly a trend and I consider myself lucky to have been ghosted at the beginning rather than mid-process.
