Interview
One of the best interviews I have ever been on. They made me feel so comfortable and I could feel they genuinely wanted to get to know me. We had a conversation as opposed to interviews where someone just fires off a bunch of questions and then tells you they will call you. The position is competitive and they are very selective. It may look like they are interviewing a ton, but they definitely are not hiring a ton. Very respectful and professional, while still being fun at the same time.

Interview
1st interview- lasted about 15 mins, to get to know you and I think make sure you can actually hold convos with people.
2nd- held with one of their top account executives where they go over the job, money, everything.
3rd- With the manager where they most likely offer you the position
