The application process was quite fast compared to other companies and took around 2 weeks. It consisted of an initial phone call to discuss past project and what the company was looking for. I was then asked to complete some coding tasks for Front-End (React or framework of choice) and some light backend and testing (Python). The final step is the on site interview in their London offices. The team was incredibly passionate and they gave a lot of insight into what working at Arkera feels like.

Brief talk with a recruiter & the CTO, then technical questions asked by staff. All staff members were kind, helpful & relaxed. Some of the technical questions were challenging but the staff were there to help along, answering questions as need be. Overall it was a very positive interview.

The interview process was fast and efficient. I first got a phone screen followed by 3 programming questions in order to test coding abilities. I was then invited on site for three interviews, one of them being with the CTO. Everyone was really friendly, interesting and approachable. I received my offer 3 days later.
