The process ultimately felt disorganized and emotionally draining, especially in today’s job market where candidates are already investing a lot of time and energy into interviews. My advice to future candidates would be to ask upfront about the number of interview stages, hiring urgency, and whether the role is fully approved before proceeding through multiple rounds.
