There is a first round video interview with an analyst or associate then second round video, followed by an assessment centre to get to the final offer, the entire process takes around a month and the communication is pretty fast from their side
Brain teasers, technicals and an assesment center that includes case study. Understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and software valuation rules / benchmarks. A paper LBO test: mental or scratch-paper modeling exercise to test your ability to calculate a regular Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Multiple on Invested Capital (MoIC) without using Excel
The interview was three rounds, with the first round being an online interview, the second round was a case and the third round was a super day in London at their offices.
