Run through CV and then questions about devops principles, test driven development, agile methodology I was then invited to a 2-hour on-site interview where I had to do a pair programming exercise with an engineer. The exercise was a real-world problem, and had to be solved using a laptop and test driven development principles. I could use whatever programming language & framework I wanted.
