I went through the interview process with the company, which included the following stages: One HR interview One technical interview One system design interview During the system design interview I noticed a few issues: The engineers seemed to lack a deep understanding of React Native, particularly in areas such as cache handling with Tanstack Query. One of the interviewers was checking his phone while I was being interviewed, which I found very disrespectful. I recommend that the company hire a recruiter who is an expert in React Native to better evaluate candidates and address these knowledge gaps.
