Interview
They first went through some behavior questions, then some common customer service related questions, then a few easier technical questions at the end. The interviewers were extremely easy to talk to and had open dialogue on the job and expectations. They answered all the questions that I had for them and were professional and enjoyable to talk with.
I walked into the CSC and was automatically interviewed. I didn’t expect that. I felt like I was actually listened to which solidified my decision to join Armstrong. The interview was more of a discussion vice being hit with a bunch of questions.
