they will ask a lot about what tech you use, how you can use a computer and email, how well you can get someone to follow your instructions, do you like tech, will you be able to help people that are dumb deaf and blind to everything

I had an interview scheduled within a couple of weeks. Everybody was kind and it wasn't intimidating at all. The interview process went very smoothly and they answered all of my questions.
