I talked to recruiter first then he schedule Teams with CTO and a company founder. The interview went well, I answered all their questions best I could and signalled the readiness to go for an on site interview. They ghosted me for a month, finally I contacted the CTO who I knew personally. He did not say anything except some politically correct BS. Then the receuiter said that he delivered me the rejection email a month ago. He did send me twice the previous email but not the rejection one. No explanation on why. Seems that they just picked my brain because I worked on similar technology before. They both seemed like two BS artists struggling to manage and keep afloat a small sinking company.
