After the resume screening, which took some time, or it could be that I was called in a separate, much later hiring process.
After getting the call, I attended the interview, and at a time frame given where I didn't have to wait much, which was good.
I was asked questions about myself, previous employment, my duties and roles pertaining to the role I played, in order to see if my experience would fit for the position I applied for. I was briefed on the role and responsibilities of the position holder.
After a while I was told to go and answer some questions or give solutions to the problems given, and also a practical tasks to check my computer literacy and fluency.
Then I was called back in, was given feedback on me, which was good, sincere and respectfully delivered.
And then at the end was told I will be notified if I was selected.
I later got a call for the second phase of the interview which I am yet to attend.
I loved how respectfully, politely I was communicated with. I loved they treat their candidate with time for them to speak, and ask questions and evaluate them in a positive open-minded approach, and not negatively through questions or assumptions which are expected to be opposed/defended by the candidate, which is also GREAT!
