Interview
The interview process was broken up into multiple stages: an intro call, a video interview, a take-home homework assignment with a time limit, a problem-solving video interview, and a values alignment interview. All of these, with the exception of the problem-solving and values alignment interviews, were done on separate days.

Interview
- CCAT online test
- Conversation with the CTO (30 min)
- HTML/CSS take home assignment
- Values alignment interview (30 min)
- Technical discussion with the Head of Engineering
- Receive offer
All in all it felt like a very good interview process. After the interview with the CTO, which was my first interview, everyone at the company was very responsive with any questions and with scheduling future interviews. The homework was fun and a nice variety of different concepts. The interview process lasted 3 weeks from initial interview to offer.
