Two Online assessments received shortly after applying. Takes about 30 minutes to complete.
Recruiter reached out to setup recruiter call. I wasn't myself that day and failed to articulate my experience.
Next step would have been hiring manager call.

Interview
They reached out to me on LinkedIn. They sent me a CCAT that took 15 min that was pretty tough to complete in 15 min. After that had a call with the CTO for 30 min. They decided to move forward so I had another 2 30 min calls with a director of eng and a vp of sales. then was given an offer by the cto over the phone and had a very quick chat (15min) with the CEO to negotiate.

Question 1
The CTO asked me about my experience, what I'm looking for in a new role. Was more about finding the right role vs interviewing. The conversations I had with the Director or Eng and VP of Sales were more casual and were definitely behavioral in nature. Chat with the CEO was casual and was more about getting excited in the role.
