Interview
A total of 3-4 rounds. First round is a screening call with the recruiter/financial controller. Generic conversation about past education, experiences, and goals. Second round is a roleplay where you have to pitch a product and the team judges you. Third round is with the VPs.
They say that they will hire someone with no experience, waste their time in the interview process, and then reject saying that they wanted someone with work ex. Would be courteous if they would inform beforehand who they are planning to hire, instead of leading on candidates who spend time in anxiety waiting for a result, where they were told they performed very well.

Interview
Several rounds of interviews. First is a virtual interview to get to know you and the company. Subsequent interviews include case interviews and interviews with the CEO and other upper management. Very easygoing and upbeat interviewers!
