There was a 2 stage interview, the first round was online. This was pretty straightforward and I was asked about 6-8 questions. THe questions were mostly competency based questions and with the line manager and a member of the HR team. For the 2nd round, I had to prepare a presentation and was interviewed by 4 people, it was meant to be 6-7 people which in my opinion would have been a bit too much. After the interview, I was told I would find out the same week but over a month late,r I have not had an email to let me know I wasn't successful and no feedback as well, even though I contacted the recruitment person a couple of times. Personally, I think this isn't good enough, considering a lot of time and effort goes into research and preparation of the interview and presentation. Overall it has left me with a negative impression of the organisation.
