Interview
Resume submitted through online application process. Telephone screen. I was then invited to interview which was very comprehensive intake of my education and work experiences. It felt more like a career counseling session versus an initial interview. I was then submitted to their clients for what was called informational interviews which finally landed me a job.

Know your stories of what you've done, what worked in your past experiences and what did not. Expect to really dive into what you want out of your next position. They really worked with me to discover my strengths and then taught me the importance of highlighting those strengths in an interview situation.
