Arrow Search Partners interview questions

Interviewing with Arrow was like taking a breath of fresh air during my job search. I first had a phone call with one of the managing partners, where he explained the job to me. I could tell he wanted to get to know me and my personality. I then spoke with five members of the Arrow team via Zoom. Everyone was genuinely interested in learning more about me, and the interviews flowed naturally. I then had my final interview before being offered the job. Everyone had so much wisdom and experience to offer, so come with questions and showcase your personality. Arrow is full of energetic and driven people and is looking for people with those traits.

The interview process was comprehensive but smooth. The process was clearly outlined and guided well by the internal team, and even enjoyable, despite the nerves that come with interviewing. The process was unique in the quantity of interviewers that you meet, which was helpful in understanding more about Arrow, as you meet with people at all levels of the company, giving great insight into its structure and dynamic. The interviews felt conversational at times, and more traditional at others, which added to the enjoyability of the process. Overall, it was a great experience.
