I applied online. I interviewed at Art Crating in Nov 2025
Interview
5 rounds of interviews -- 2 phone calls, 3 trial days. It was pretty average. It is surprising that there is this extensive of an interview process for an entry level position but I guess this is the economy today.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Art Crating (New York, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
Met for one quick interview, followed by three days of paid trial days. Was told during first meeting that most employees learned on the job and knew very little upon starting. During first trial day the two men I was working under were not very friendly and not seemingly interested in getting to know me. Both men I was working with made several errors during the installation of an expensive and extremely high profile work of art. After the first trial day I was sent home and told they would be in touch, later that night I received a call informing me that they were not moving forward with my application. They offered no reason why.
