For starters, it was a string of emails and eventually I was given an interview date. Upon arrival, the interviewer was not only there, but I was told that the position was already filled. The staff member told me that they forgot to call me prior to the interview. This was incredibly unprofessional, but then I was contacted the following week and told the position was open. I came back and did an interview and was accepted. Unfortunately the interview was very impromptu and didn't really ask specific questions. Frankly, I don't think the interviewer knew what to ask. Otherwise, not a hard interview, but in the long run, the interview didn't cover all of the job description properly and it was much more deceptive when I got the position.
