I had a phone screening with their recruiter and then a small portfolio review with select members of the design team. I was later brought in for a full afternoon—where I gave a longer form capabilities presentation, a participated in a design challenge, and also had a few smaller interviews.
Everyone I talked to made me feel comfortable and showed enthusiasm in my work, which goes a long way when you're nervous! They made sure our interviews felt more like two-way conversations. I could tell by the types of questions they asked that they like to think big.
I left feeling really excited about the role and the potential of working there.
