Interview process was seamless. Phone screen, second round with a technical case question to get a better understanding of how one thinks, after that is a series of interviews with about 5 different people over the course of a couple days. Every conversation I had was extremely conversational and I was able to get my questions answered easily. The HR department at WELL is the best I've seen in terms of communication, coordination of interviews. and overall they made a usually stressful process, quite enjoyable.
