The talent acquisition partner who managed the process is extremely unprofessional. Artlist is missing out on good talent because of the first touch with potential new employees.
Examples of why she was very unprofessional compared to the process in other companies.
1. Did not set up an initial call after CV was sent. I received a call out of the blue, and it caught me off guard. I wasn't really available to talk, but I didn't want to miss the opportunity.
2. She spoke as if she read from a script; she didn't seem to really know what Artlist even does.
3. Did not leave room to ask questions.

Question 1
Didn't start the interview process; HR forgot to set up the interview.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Artlist
Interview
First call with HR. I did a lot of prep for this stage, and was disappointed that the HR didn't give me the honor of asking me more than one question. She was also late. I know that they didn't have to, but in this job market I think that basic respect and honesty is crucial. Also the Hr was 8 mini late
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Artlist (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in May 2022
Interview
The process lasted 3 weeks, consisting of an interview with the hiring manager, task overview, CMO interview, and HR interview.
They were prompt with responses and didn’t waste any time. The HR recruiter, hiring manager and CMO were all extremely nice and welcoming. You can tell that it’s super important to them to find candidates that fit their culture.
They had me do a simulated task, which was challenging but also respected my time as a candidate. The task consisted of real-time situations, data and A/B test analysis. It took about 3 hours to complete.
I declined the offer for personal reasons, and not because I wouldn’t want to work there. Important for me to emphasize!
