1st Round: Asssessment Centre - Craft/Creative activities with assessors watching and taking notes. 30 people in the room split into five table groups. Creative/Mature applicants. 2nd Round: Interview - Panel with two assessors. Roleplay then questions. Rougly half the people from the Assessment Centre selected for interview.
