Interview
Company give me one quiz round, one lengthy assignment after that 1 interview round conducted of 1 hour and 45 minutes. However, Company doesn't value the candidate's time and they did not respond to me. I have given my 3 weeks time in this whole process and after that, I didn't get confirmation regarding next round/reject/interview feedback from the company side.

Interview
This was for the Research Scientist - Deep Learning role. There was first an online test which had a 40% cutoff to qualify for the next round. Questions were based on statistics, probability, permutation and combinations, machine learning and deep learning. I qualified for the next round based on my score but they ghosted me and after 2 months of my asking them, they told me that they have moved on with other candidates. Bad HR Management.

1) What effect will regularising your weights have on the bias and variance of your model. 2) A jar has 1000 coins, of which 999 are fair and 1 is double-headed (both sides are head). Pick a coin at random, and toss it 10 times. Given that you see 10 heads, what is the probability that the coin picked was the double headed coin?
