I am truly sorry to hear about your experience, however I am baffled by this review since this could not have been our company. Ascend HR Corp hasn't recruited internally recruiter since 2015. This is because we have extremely low turnover and typically promote recruiters from junior level recruitment employees within. We also don't have anyone with a director title, nor does our human resources person interview recruiter candidates. Recruitment candidates are interviewed internally by our Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) Manager. However, we are currently actively conducting a recruitment search for a recruiter for one of our clients. Perhaps your review is for that company. Could you please make sure that you used the correct company name in your review? Not only is it not fair to our company, but the original company that you are reporting on will not be able to see your feedback, nor will potential interviewers, if left uncorrected.
