The process was a smooth and respectful one. It would have been great if the commission setup and benefits were explained much more accurately for new employees at the company.

The interview begins without notice or any former scheduling, when attempt to reconnect with the interviewer it led to ghosting for three weeks before same scenarion took place. Getting the opportunity to actually interview was the hardest part.

I interviewed and they never responded back after yet these clowns have cojones the size of bowling balls in that they'll put you on their spam list and ask you if you know anyone for the job you just applied for.
"hey, we don't want you but we're going to put you on our spam list and send you a list of a bunch of jobs so maybe you'll refer people?"
