Ascension Marketing interview questions

Quick interview on Zoom where they asked me to come in for a second interview. Office was filled with people and had no desks, the interview was at a table in the middle of what seemed like a cocktail party...fun environment but they did not really know where to "put me" when I got there. Everyone was so nice, but when I asked to be sent the powerpoint they showed me regarding the compensation rates, they said they couldn't. The job description online did not match what it actually was, which is field work and door to door marketing/sales.
