Process is very smooth you do your interview with one of team managers if you are successful followed with assessment. After everything you will be called for more information with the induction date.

I had a phone conversationwith the recruiter, both in english and romanian, then i got some emails which had 2 tests. One test had 60 english questions, and the other one had 24 questions about what would you in different situations at work. I'm scheduled for the next part of the interview.

Very informal, I was left to fill in an interview form by myself. I was then asked to answer questions on another form. I then was escorted out of the building and got a call a couple of days later.
