      4 rounds: - recruiter screen 30 min - hiring manager 30 min - mock customer call 45 min - 2 hour panel interview made up of 3 sessions (sessions covered functional partnership with sales, problem solving with support and PS, and product complexity)

      - What's a product or feature you really like, please explain it to me and what you would change - How exactly did API connects work at your prior company (walk me through what you would do with a real client) - Mock call was a scenario where you're meeting with a new VP of TA and a RecOps contact 5 months post-implementation to discuss adoption, value, etc.
