I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ashford Advisors (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I arrived 15 minutes early, saw an employee in the lobby, and was asked to wait. I waited for 30 minutes before I ever saw anyone else. The interview was casual. It was conducted by a managing director in his office, where I sat on a couch. It was more of a conversation, which I enjoyed, but it only lasted 15 minutes. I didn't have time to ask any questions, but the interviewer seemed interested in me and said he would have his secretary forward me a personality test, which he wanted me to take and bring that and a marketing plan to the next interview. I never got a follow up email, and I decided not to follow up myself.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ashford Advisors (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2023
Interview
I had a screening call and then an in-person interview at the office in Dunwoody. It was overall a relatively painless experience. They seemed eager for additional hires, so I was offered a position on the same day.
