Phone Interview with the head of the department (Acquisitions for me) and then phone interview with the Senior Financial Analyst who I would be directly reporting to. After the two phone interviews, they brought me into their office for a "super day" style interview process. The other final candidates are there interviewing in different rooms at the same time. HR will then make you take an IQ test.
