The entire process is so long, with just two interviews. The recruiter remains the main point of contact throughout the process and only replies once a week. The place where I experienced one of the most unprofessional interviews - I got more than two times asked to reschedule right before the interviews, during which I received an email telling me the interview was canceled ten minutes before the scheduled interview. Maybe the unattractive compensation was one of the causes of such inefficient management. The staff that I met did not really show enthusiasm or interest in the work they were doing. In the final interview, they asked me how to specifically carry out some tactics to improve the organization's brand with a series of questions for over thirty minutes, which felt like they were not carrying out interviews but collecting candidates' ideas.
