I don't know how many rounds but I have attended 2 rounds. One is written test which 3h and next is technical round which took 2h. In written test they asked for the other country scenario without informing to the candidate before, and then asked in interview "why have you written as per Indian scenario". Interview was good, everything is reasonable until they asked for salary slips and bank statements. Salary slips I can understand but asking for bank statements is not all acceptable. Before confirming how can you ask for the bank statements? You can disclaim ryt saying "if we found you untruth about the info you provided we have all rights to call off your offer letter at any time". This is not the proper way to verify a candidate. After selection any way you can call off his offer If the candidate is found blame. They keep asking you about your family back ground which is quite irritating and get all your personal & professional information including your organization leaves, holidays, timings, salary credit time, promotion time, recent hike %, all the %s of your hike every year etc. They will get all your info but will not even inform whether we are selected or rejected. Won't even respond to the calls, mails, etc. Before interview they will be behind you, after interview you area stranger if not selected. At least inform the candidate whether he/she is selected or rejected.
