Interview
It was long and tedious process involving Typing, Written Test and Face to Face Interview. It was 3 round process involving right from HR to Top officials. Most of questions apart from Technical were related to family background. Almost everyone asked me about family background which was bit irritating and frustrating.
Dear Candidate,
we have taken 3 rounds to judge the candidate's knowledge, patience and honesty. We evaluate them that he/she can adjust in our family like environment.
Yes, we ask them about their family details because we also treat our employees like a family. So, we want a genuine and a honest person as our employee.
