I went through two rounds of interviews, including a second round that required attending the office in person. From the outset of the second interview, there appeared to be very little genuine interest in me as a candidate, which made it confusing why I was asked to progress and spend an hour of my time in an in-person interview with two interviewers who seemed disengaged from the beginning. My presence in the office genuinely felt like an inconvenience, which left me questioning why I had invested so much time preparing for the interview and coming in.
Following the final interview, I received no update to let me know that I had not progressed or that they had moved forward with another candidate. Being ghosted felt unprofessional and disrespectful of the time and effort invested in the process.
Taken together with the negative Glassdoor reviews regarding culture and leadership, the interview experience raised multiple red flags. Clear communication, basic professionalism, and candidate experience appear to be lacking.
