It was a very unprofessional process. I was made to do many assignment with no concrete answers and the job title is misleading as they expected me to do alot of tasks like graphics, content writing, store management, consulting, sourcing, making reels editing, etc also. I was called 2 times for the interview, which wasn't necessary in my opinion. They were very impressed with my work but still weren't telling what they were offering. later they got in touch and informed me they're offering 20k /month which was too less considering the job nature and alot of other factors. I asked them for an offer letter first so that I could think it through. This whole process when on for 2.5 months and was extremely unprofessional and lengthy
