Question 1
Please provide an example of a time when you have had to work in a group that has required you to change your style and actions to get best results?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aspen in Nov 2022
Interview
Skill test, one-way video interview, Assessment center final interview (3+ hours). The interviewers are nice, no need to worry. The final interview consists of a presentation on a given topic, a group discussion, and a behavioral interview. It seems like there are 3 parts that will be assessed, however, they weigh so much on leadership. You will fail if you don't lead the group, even if you do well in the other parts. So no need to waste your time creating a perfect presentation. They want someone that has strong leadership rather than someone who has great related knowledge or major for the rotational program.
