In-person interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Basic interview questions. I felt comfortable and it was easygoing. There were two people. I also had to read from some sample scripting.

Describe a time you handled a difficult situation.
The interview process consisted of a one-on-one video meeting where I spoke directly with the customer support supervisor to discuss the position in detail about the role and responsibilities. The 30-minute interview was straightforward, with standard interview questions. I was offered the position towards the end of our interview.

Easy phone interview and follow up interview in person that lasted a total of 15 minutes very easy interview and was offered the job directly after the interview phone interview was around 5 minutes long total
