I hold a 5 years of tech exp. mainly in go/golang. Aspire was hiring for their PHP role, irrespective of candidates past experience. I've asked for referral via linkedin and got a call from HR next day itself. Here is about the interview process: 1. Online Aptitude test (Level: Medium) [24ques in 32 mins] 2. HR discussion (30 mins)[Brief introduction and mainly about salary component](HR will say that they are open to salary but I think It matters a lot) 3.Take Away Assessment (3 days) [Mini Loan booking system including REST API's and DB interaction][Medium Level][Reviewer will mainly focus on your system design, coding practice, ER,Folder Structure, Test cases] 4. Technical Interview(1 hour) (Medium Level)[Deep dive-in for any of your past projects for 30mins and ATM Design round for 30mins] 5. Managerial Round(1 hour)(Medium Level) 6. VP Round(1 hour) P.S. I was rejected in 3rd round (I had created a working project with proper instructions but reviewer didn't like it ). But fortunately, HR re-considered it and gave another chance. I gave my 4th round and it went really well, but again I was rejected in this round. Question level was medium but don't know the reason of rejection (Acc. to me salary expectations was a reason and HR will never let you release this as a rejection reason). HR's are sweet over here and will hear you and reply you.Instead of using harsh words, just be polite and friendly

First round (Mix of Project and DSA) The round was taken by EM and Lead Engineer. It was 90 minutes round where first was focused on more on current project and second was focused on DSA of leetcode medium level. Good experience overall. Second Round It was System Design round for a backend role. For some reason interviewer was more interested in FE implementation and not willing to discuss either on scale or any of the backend components or integration. Negative experience overall. Note: HR is very responsive and result is shared within few hours with interviewers feedback both for positive and negative review.
