Interview
I was invited to a group assessment day where we introduced ourselves and eventually did a 30 minute excel task which was pretty straightforward. Then we did quick series of interviews with each member of their analyst team. Later we had a break and a tour around the offices.
Overall it was a pretty good experience. Everyone we met was friendly and quite willing to help us through the process. Later on I was told to go home, but I got a call the next day with an offer.

Interview
It starts off with an informative introduction about the company, their clients and what their core values are.
The initial part of the interview is a basic formula excel test using key PPC metrics (clicks, impressions, CTR, CPC, ROAS, Revenue, Cost etc).
Second part of interview has a 3 quick 1-1 interviews with employees.

Interview
There will be about 8 others there along with you but won't involve any group work, they first start the process by giving us a presentation about the company which you should do your best to remember as you may be asked later. You're then told to take an excel exam, it's based on PPC however you'll need to remember the very basic formulas such as average, etc... After you'll be doing speed interviews (7mins) with about 8 different interviewers formed in a circle, the questions will range from PPC related topics or even 7% of 7.
