Interview was straight forward. And the employer was very welcoming and friendly. They also give you a short agility test. It seems as if you have your certificates and licenses then they’re pretty willing to hire you.

Interview
The process was very straightforward. I submitted an application online and someone called within two days to schedule an interview. The interview was within a few days after they called me. At the interview, I walked into base and was given a paper application with the exact same questions as the online app (work history, references, and a small quiz about basic EMT protocols). I was given a urine test, and after it came back negative, I was asked to lift a 125 lb weight a small distance. After that, I was brought in the office to speak with the supervisor about my work experience, my availability, and desired pay. That is also when they asked for my license, looked up my driving record, and made a copy of my certification. I was hired on sight and scheduled for orientation the following week.
