Phone screen, Interview with hiring manager. Interview with executive. Final round was 3 additional meetings 2 with leaders I'd be working with and one reviewing business cases with the hiring manager. Focus was on both technical experience and behavioral questions. Although the final round was long, they moved very quickly between rounds and communicated well every step of the way. I was not left wondering when I'd hear back, often getting a call or text from HR to find availability for next step within hours of completing interview.
