Interview
After a pre-screening and HR interview there was a test home task and one more short (45 mins) test task before a technical interview. During the technical interview I was "interrogated" by 2 engineers and 1 manager during 2 hours.

The questions are common for such a position. Starting from a simple "What is the doctype for?", ending with "How gzip works?" with small practical exercises.

The interview was taken in front of 5 people, most of whom weren't even present in the conversation. I wish the interview was more upfront and we didn't waste time on personal-type questions.

Interview
The interview process took a total of three weeks and consisted of two one to one interviews (HR and Tech), a take-home and on-site test assignments. This was a pleasant and relatively easy process.
