I recently went through the hiring process with AstroArun Pandit, and I can only describe the experience as deeply unprofessional and disheartening. Initially, I was informed by HR that I was selected for the position, and they specifically requested my past salary slips to process my offer letter. Encouraged by this, I promptly provided the requested documents. However, after nearly a week of waiting and following up politely, I received a curt rejection stating, "We have hired someone" with a dismissive "Thank you so much for your time." No explanation, no feedback—just a cold brush-off.When I asked for insight into the decision or what might have gone wrong, there was complete silence on that front. This lack of transparency is shocking, especially after being led to believe I was a serious candidate. The recruitment team’s approach felt disrespectful, leaving me with zero confidence in their process. To string someone along with a selection confirmation and then ghost them without justification is a new low in unprofessionalism.AstroArun Pandit needs to seriously overhaul its communication and provide constructive feedback to applicants. This experience has left me questioning their integrity and competence. I’d caution others to think twice before engaging with this company—poor handling like this does not bode well for their reputation or workplace culture.Pros: None to mention based on my experience
Cons:
Unprofessional communication, lack of feedback, disrespectful rejection process, misleading initial selection confirmation.
Advice to Management:
Invest in a more transparent and respectful hiring process. Provide candidates with the courtesy of detailed feedback and avoid misleading applicants with false assurances of selection
