There were 3 stages. The second stage was probably the most exciting one because I've never done it in an interview setting before and really had to think quickly and convey things verbally (I'm much better at writing!). However, I don't really rate interviews in terms of difficulties (hence why I selected Average) - I treat every interview as an opportunity to find out if you want to work there or not and ask loads of questions - it's a two-way street and the business has the same opportunity to do the same.
